Traveller Details

Please ensure that all names are correct as it may not be possible to alter room reservations after they have been booked.

All travel bookings must be made using the travellers name as it appears in the passport or government issued ID.

 

​Cancellations

Once your hotel is booked, the relevant cancellation policy will apply, as set out below.  For on request hotels, the hotel cancellation policy will be communicated to you at time of booking.

Payment

Payment by credit card / debit card is required to confirm reservations at the time of booking.

No reservations can be made without payment.

No refunds will be given for “no-show” bookings, or bookings cancelled within the hotel cancellation policy.
